KIWOBOND 1100 PowerGrip / KIWODUR 1100 PowerGrip
Fast drying, two-component frame adhesives for a chemically highly resistant bonding of screen printing mesh to frames made of aluminium, steel, word and galvanized iron. Applied by brush. Fast drying allows very short resting time in the stretching unit. Application: Add 20 % hardener KIWODUR 1100 PowerGrip (colourless) to the adhesive component KIWOBOND 1100 PowerGrip (red colouration) resp. KIWODUR 1103 PowerGrip (a green bonding). Furthermore, the colourless hardener KIWODUR 1101 PowerGrip can be used.
PREGAN NT 9
Ready-to-use screen mesh cleaner and degreaser made of renewable raw materials
PREGAN NT 9 is a highly efficient cleaning and degreasing agent for all types of screen meshes. It prevents the appearance of pinholes and surface deterioration when coating with direct emulsions. Economical application and optimum distribution even on course meshes due to its viscous consistency. In its formulation mainly components which are either made of renewable raw materials or produced biotechnically were used. PREGAN NT 9 is pH-neutral, free from phosphates and chlorides and easily biodegradable
KIWO Mesh X-Cel
The all-rounder for cleaning and degreasing screen printing meshes. Provides a stable water film when transferring screen printing films, improves flow properties and bond of the emulsion, reduces problems of electrostatic charge and produces a beautiful print image with many ink types. KIWO Mesh X-Cel is ready to use. Colour: orange.
KIWOCLEAN A 910 (1:50)
Screen degreasing concentrate 1:50
KIWOCLEAN A 910 (1:50) is a highly concentrated, alkaline degreasing concentrate. Diluted 1:50 with water,the ready-to-use cleaning solution has excellent degreasing and wetting properties and is suitable forany mesh type. KIWOCLEAN A 910 (1:50) has especially been developed for automatic screen washing units.It produces little foam and is a phosphate-free tenside combination for the removal of fats and dirt.
TEXSOL 460 D
DIAZO sensitized photoemulsion, due to its excellent resolution and very good detail reproduction, TEXSOL 460 D is ideal for printing fine halftones and drawings. Suitable for conventional film exposure, wax and inkjet engraving of textile flat printing screens for the textile printing as well as for the T-shirt printing. Can be easily decoated with PREGASOL decoating products. After hardening with KIWOSET products, permanent stencils with high run stabillity against water based textile printing inks can be produced. Colour: blue. Sensitize with DIAZO No. 1.
TEXSOL 560 D
DIAZO photoemulsion, used for the production of textile flat printing screens resistant to aqueous printing media. Suitable for conventional film exposure, wax and inkjet engraving of textile flat printing screens for the textile printing as well as for the T-shirt printing. Also suitable for printing of dispersion based adhesives e.g. for textile flocking. Unhardened it can be easily decoated with PREGASOL decoting products. After hardening with KIWOSET products, permanent stencils with high run stabillity can be produced. Colour: blue. Sensitize with DIAZO No. 1.
TEXSOL 680 CTS
Chemically curable, water resistant, one-component DIAZO UV polymer emulsion used for the production of stencils resistant to aqueous printing media. The main field of application is textile printing, e.g. T-shirt or flag printing. Highly sensitive to light and thus also suitable for DMD systems. A wax jet system can also be used. To resist to long printing runs, it can be chemically hardened with e.g. standard hardener KIWOSET® K-T. Before hardening, TEXSOL 680 CTS can be easily decoated with PREGASOL® products. Colour: blue. Sensitize with DIAZO No. 14.
POLYTEX Gamma
Photopolymer emulsion for exposuring large-format textile printing stencils using direct projection exposure or DLE-CTS systems e.g. for banner and flag printing. Compared with POLYTEX BETA even easier decoatable, either manually or with a machine. Very light-sensitive, therefore optimum process times are achieved. Very good printing stability against textile printing inks. Also suitable for wax and inkjet systems. Colour: blue.
POLYTEX Beta/1
Photopolymer emulsion for exposuring large-format textile printing stencils using DLE-CTS systems e.g. for banner and flag printing. Provides an even higher printing stability against textile printing inks. Good drying characteristics, very high exposure reactivity, therefore optimum process times can be achieved in the exposure with CTS systems. Also suitable for wax and inkjet systems. Easily decoatable either manually or with a machine. Colour: blue.
POLYTEX W 690
Photopolymer emulsion for the exposure of textile flat printing stencils for T-shirt printing and for textile flat film printing. Can be used for printing water-based textile printing inks and plastisol inks. By hardening with KIWOSET products, permanent stencils with high run stabillity can be produced. Unhardened it can be easily decoated with PREGASOL decoting products. Colour: red.
KIWOSET A-WR
Hardener for chemically curable screen printing and textile printing emulsions
KIWOSET A-WR is an acidic, aqueous solution for the chemical hardening of photoemulsions. It can easily be distributed and forms an evenly spread film which enables a homogeneous curing result. KIWOSET A-WR is especially suitable for textile and ceramic printing. It can also be used to increase the chemical and mechanical stability of screen or textile printing stencils. Photoemulsions hardened with KIWOSET A-WR are difficult to decoat or even undecoatable due to the achieved high resistances.
KIWOSET E-WR
Hardener for chemically curable screen printing and textile printing emulsions
KIWOSET E-WR is an acidic, aqueous solution for the chemical hardening of photoemulsions. It can easily be distributed and forms an evenly spread film which enables a homogeneous curing result. Especially suitable for textile printing screens with which alkaline or acidic media (vat caustics) are printed. In some cases, it is recommended to make trials with the respective emulsion beforehand. In particular cases, KIWOSET E-WR can be used reduced with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3. In general, photoemulsions treated with KIWOSET E-WR are very difficult to decoat or even undecoatable due to the achieved high resistances.
KIWOSET K-T
Hardener for chemically curable screen printing and textile printing emulsions
KIWOSET K-T is an acidic, aqueous solution for the chemical hardening of screen printing and textileprinting emulsions (refer to the technical data sheets of the respective emulsions). It can easily bedistributed using a brush and forms an evenly spread film which enables a homogeneous curing result.No residue remains in the open areas after evaporation of the hardener.
KIWOSET LO
Hardener for chemically curable photoemulsions used in screen and textile printing, mild odour
KIWOSET LO is a diluted aqueous acid with very mild odour for the chemical hardening of photoemulsions. It can easily be distributed and forms an evenly spread film which enables a homogeneous curing result. KIWOSET LO is especially suitable for textile printing. It can also be used to increase the chemical and mechanical stability of screen- or textile-printing stencils. Photoemulsions hardened with KIWOSET LO are difficult to decoat or even undecoatable due to the achieved high resistances.
ESTELAN NDW
Elastic, two-component screen lacquer for the posthardening and reinforcing process. Protects the photoemulsion against aqueous, acidic, alkaline or abrasive printing pastes. Can also be used as an edge block out lacquer. After hardening it has very good resistance against solvents and the usual printing media used in textile printing.
KIWOFILLER WR 01
Retouch lacquer and screenfiller for aqueous printing inks
KIWOFILLER WR 01 is a highly resistant, water reducible, one-component lacquer for all retouch andrepair work of screen and textile printing stencils which are used for aqueous printing inks.KIWOFILLER WR 01 is also well suited for blocking-out as water resistant and decoatable screenfiller.
KIWOCLEAN AQ 835
Screen cleaning concentrate which is used diluted with water and especially suitable for cleaning pigment, plastisol and solvent inks. KIWOCLEAN AQ 835 is diluted with up to 4 parts water. It has been especially developed for use in automatic screen washing units and produces little foam.
PREGASOL F
Ready-to-use screen decoating solution
PREGASOL F is a ready-to-use, highly efficient decoating agent for all direct copying materials (photoemulsions and films). PREGASOL F is odourless, free from chlorine, does not damage the mesh and does not bleach. PREGASOL F is not suitable for the removal of gelatine emulsions (indirect films).
KIWOCLEAN CF 580
Liquid screen decoating concentrate (max. 1:80)
KIWOCLEAN CF 580 is a highly efficient, liquid decoating concentrate for the removal of directphotoemulsions / films from screens. KIWOCLEAN CF 580 has especially been developed for automaticscreen decoating units and does not crystallize in the units or tanks due to special stabilizers.KIWOCLEAN CF 580 has no attack on stainless steel. KIWOCLEAN CF 580 is used in a dilution of 1:60to 1:80 in tap water, depending on the field of application. KIWOCLEAN CF 580 solutions are colourlessand without odour, chlorine free, have very little attack on the mesh and do not bleach. KIWOCLEAN CF580 can be diluted in water at any ratio.
PREGAN MegaClean X-Tra
Alkaline activator and screen cleaner based on biodegradable solvents
PREGAN MEGACLEAN X-TRA is a viscous, solvent based, alkaline screen cleaner for the removal ofink ghost images after decoating. In combination with ghost image removers (e.g. PREGANANTIGHOST) it can also be used as an activator for the removal of emulsion residue and Diazo veils.PREGAN MEGACLEAN X-TRA has a high flash point and is almost odour free. The high viscosity allowsapplication by using a coating trough or brush. In usual working dilution, the cleaner/ water mixtures canbe emptied into adapted biological sewage plants.
PREGAN AntiGhost
Viscous cleaning agent for the removal of ghost images and mesh colourations
PREGAN ANTIGHOST is used for the removal of ghost images and mesh colourations. PREGAN ANTIGHOST can unrestrictedly be used on polyester meshes, do not exceed a reaction time of 1 hour on nylon or V2A meshes. When using V2A meshes its application can further be restricted due to varying qualities or pre-damages caused by other chemicals. Trials are essential. PREGAN ANTIGHOST is not suitable for metallized (nickel-plated) polyester meshes.
