Stainless Steel Production Reactors
Complex formulations are manufactured in stainless steel reactors. The mixing and reaction vessels have capacities ranging from 70 to 4,000 litres, enabling various batch sizes and upscaling. With different agitator systems, products with viscosities of up to 60,000 mPas can be processed.
The temperature-controllable vessels allow processing at temperatures up to 100 °C and under vacuum conditions of max. 30 mbar. Special explosion protection equipment enables approved processing of products requiring explosion protection (Ex protection zone 0). Production under nitrogen atmosphere is also possible
Under these conditions, corrosive, flammable and explosive substances, including dust explosive materials, can be safely processed and produced.

In recent years, quality management has gained increasing importance. In our in-house laboratories, we monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products. We use state-of-the-art analytical systems and specialised equipment. Our R&D department offers an extensive range of testing facilities. Our QC laboratories support our production departments.
Modern storage areas, including for hazardous materials, provide space for raw materials and finished goods. You benefit from our management and IT system, which has been continuously and practice-orientedly developed over decades. Production and development staff have experience working with advanced pilot systems for mixing, emulsifying, dispersing and dissolving.

Our service includes complete packaging: filling, labelling, packing and palletising.
Filling is carried out using modern semi-automatic and fully automated systems, enabling flexible processing of a wide range of container types such as cans, bottles, canisters, buckets, drums or IBCs. Throughout, we ensure precision, cleanliness and efficiency – always adapted to the specific requirements of our customers.
