TEXSOL 460 D

Water resistant, chemically curable Diazo sensitized photoemulsion

TEXSOL 460 D is used for the production of high quality textile printing screens and has a very mild odour, although being chemically curable. Due to its excellent resolution and very good detail reproduction, it is ideal for printing fine halftones and drawings. For small to medium printing runs, TEXSOL 460 D can be used unhardened. After hardening with KIWOSET K-T, very long printing runs can be achieved. For very aggressive printing pastes (e.g. very acidic printing pastes, etc.), KIWOSET A-WR should be used. Before hardening, TEXSOL 460 D can be easily decoated with PREGASOL decoating agents. Hardened screens are no longer decoatable.

TEXSOL 477 D

Water resistant, chemically curable Diazo sensitized photoemulsion

TEXSOL 477 D is used for the production of stencils and textile printing screens for the printing of aqueous printing media and plastisol inks. For small to medium printing runs, TEXSOL 477 D can be used unhardened. After hardening with KIWOSET K-T, very long printing runs can be achieved. Before hardening, TEXSOL 477 D can be easily decoated with PREGASOL decoating products; hardened screens are no longer decoatable.

TEXSOL 560 D

Water resistant, decoatable Diazo photoemulsion

TEXSOL 560 D is used for the production of textile flat printing screens resistant to aqueous printing media. It is mainly used for printing textile and ceramic printing inks as well as dispersion based adhesives (e.g. KIWOPRINT- and MECOFLOCK D-series). The printing resistance can be improved considerably by post-hardening with KIWOSET A-WR or E-WR. After hardening, the screens are no longer decoatable.

TEXSOL 680 CTS

Chemically curable, water resistant, one-component SBQ emulsion

TEXSOL 680 CTS is used for the production of stencils resistant to aqueous printing media. The main field of application is textile printing, e.g. T-shirt or flag printing. TEXSOL 680 CTS is highly sensitive to light and thus also suitable for DMD systems. A wax jet system can also be used. To resist to long printing runs, TEXSOL 680 CTS can be chemically hardened. The standard hardener is KIWOSET K-T. Before hardening, TEXSOL 680 CTS can be easily decoated with PREGASOL products. Hardened screens are no longer decoatable.
